You should receive your login details within 10 minutes of registering for the course. These emails are autogenerated, so please be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
The courses are available for one full year (12 months) from the date you receive your login details. We understand you may face extenuating circumstances which prevent you from completing your course in the original timeframe. If this is the case, please email us at academysupport@unpri.org before your course expires.
For group enrolments, please fill out the enquiries form on our website here, email us at priacademy@unpri.org or you can call us on the phone number provided on the contact us page and we will help you enrol directly!
Our RI for Trustees course is available in French and Chinese.
Most likely, the issue is that cookies are disabled on your browser, which you can fix by enabling them.

Your username is your email and if you have any trouble resetting your password, please send us an email at academysupport@unpri.org and we will send you your login information directly.

Yes, you can either access the courses through your web browser (e.g., Safari) or through the Talent LMS App.
The Talent LMS App is available here: iOS. Once downloaded, you can access the courses by following these two steps:
- Step 1:
Domain: priacademy.talentlms.com
- Step 2:
Branch: Default
Username: enter your email
Password: enter your password

- On your iPhone or iPad, click Settings

In the “Organisation Name” field, you may enter “INDIVIDUAL” and For Organisation Type, select “Other”.
If you are having trouble making a payment online through PayPal, or if you would prefer to pay another way, send us an email at academysupport@unpri.org with the following information.
- Your name and email address
- The course(s) you would like to enrol in
- The billing address for the invoice
- If not you, the contact email to whom the invoice should be sent
Within 48 hours of receipt, our Finance Department will send you an invoice for payment, which you can make via bank transfer, credit card or cheque.

If you change your mind within 14 days, and want a refund, please email us at academysupport@unpri.org and we will issue you a full refund.
If you paid via PayPal, please state the following information in your email:
- Course name
- Payment date
- Email address associated with the course
We will then process the refund to be returned to your PayPal account. Please allow 3-5 working days for the amount to be transferred, after the refund has been authorised by PRI Academy.
If the payment was made via bank transfer, please state the following information in your email:
- Course name
- Payment date

- Bank name
- Billing address
- Account name
- Sort code
- IBAN number
We will then process the refund to be returned to your bank account. Please allow 7-10 working days for the amount to be deposited into your account.

No, the prices listed on our website and marketing materials are exclusive of VAT. When applicable, VAT will automatically be added to your order at checkout.
After you successfully complete the course, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you complete the short survey in the email, you will receive your certificate!
Please allow 30 minutes buffer time, as our system can sometimes be delayed. If you still have not received it after this time, please send us an email at academysupport@unpri.org and we will send you the certificate directly.
You are allowed to take the assessment as many times as you would like before the course expires.
If a participant does not complete the assessment within the 12-month access period, the course registration will be considered as expired and the user may have to register again to be able to get access to the course.
The passing score for each course is as follows:
- Understanding RI: 70%
- Applied RI: 70%
- Advanced RI: 60%
- ESG in Alternative Investments: 60%

The only course we recommend having prior knowledge for is Advanced RI Analysis. This course is recommended for investment professionals with a working knowledge of the investment process and ESG, as it focuses on how to integrate ESG factors into financial modelling.
There are certain areas of overlap between the two courses. Applied RI has additional modules and different case studies. See a breakdown of the two courses below:
- Applied RI (15 hours) is designed to take the learner from ESG theory to practical application and integration. It is our flagship course and covers ESG issues in detail, and how they are incorporated into the investment strategy and engagement. The course is designed for professionals wish to develop require a deeper understanding of ESG issues or are closer to the investment decision or involved in engagement, reporting and integration.
- Understanding ESG is a much shorter course (3 hours) which provides a high-level overview of ESG issues, why they are material, and how they impact investment decision-making over a variety of asset classes. This course is ideal for client-facing, sales, marketing operations and management professionals who require an ability to converse in ESG issues but are not necessarily close to the investment decision.

- RI for Trustees is for board members and trustees. It looks at their responsibilities, why responsibly investing is part of their fiduciary duties and how they can develop policies and an approach to ensure they appropriately discharge such duties.
